אֶל־הַנַּ֥עַר הַזֶּ֖ה הִתְפַּלָּ֑לְתִּי וַיִּתֵּ֨ן יְהוָ֥ה לִי֙ אֶת־שְׁאֵ֣לָתִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר שָׁאַ֖לְתִּי מֵעִמּֽוֹ׃

For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath granted me my petition which I asked of Him;

This is the child that I prayed for. Do not say, "this one shall die and another shall be given to you."44Ibid.
